LoveKnitting-logoLoveKnitting is a global community for knitters everywhere, selling everything a knitter could possibly need. I wrote masses of product descriptions for their website, including yarns, patterns, accessories and books, as well as FAQs for their Help Centre.

UpliftUplift buys properties that need restoration and re-imagination, and turns them into contemporary homes. I researched their properties and wrote welcome packs for new owners, comprising the ‘History of the house’ and ‘Story of the street’.

MaggiesMaggie’s is a pioneer in cancer care, offering practical, emotional and social support to anyone affected by cancer, at centres across the UK. I wrote a fundraising pack, marketing emails for their Culture Crawl, a booklet on leaving a legacy, and a set of posters and brochure called ‘Support Your Maggie’s.

MTV-SAF-logoMTV Staying Alive Foundation empowers young people to stop the spread of HIV through innovative, grassroots projects around the world. I wrote and edited their web copy and Impact Reports from 2010 – 2015, including inspirational case studies.

The National Autistic Society provides information, support and pioneering services for autistic people. I wrote and edited web and print copy for the NAS, including the ‘Get involved’ web copy, ‘Managing Money’ website, and welcome booklet for new supporters.

The Health Foundation is committed to bringing about better health care for people in the UK. Working with agency Kindlemix, I wrote articles for the newsletter, interviewing health care experts and highlighting innovative health projects across the UK.

GWR-logoGWR is part of First Group, the leading transport operator in the UK. When First Great Western relaunched its website in 2011, I managed, rewrote and edited a high volume of copy, much of which remains on the newer GWR website.

ARK is an international charity whose purpose is to transform children’s lives, through education, health and child protection projects. I researched, wrote and edited an update for donors on ARK’s ‘Expanding Horizons’ education programme.

WYSE International works with emerging leaders across the globe, providing education and coaching. I wrote this brochure for potential supporters, in conjunction with Bright One.

Do The Green Thing is a public service for the planet that uses creativity to tackle climate change. I contributed content for its ‘Buy Nothing’ campaign on Twitter @DrWillPowers, and wrote blog posts to inspire greener living.
